Landmark has an immediate requirement for development sites across certain geographical locations. We have a flexible approach and will consider all types of commercial properties within certain geographical locations that meet our criteria.
Our requirements include:
- Commercial Properties that offer between 5,000 sq ft – 25,000 sq ft gross
- Properties that are either Freehold or Long Leasehold (199 years+)
- All types of commercial properties considered (including Office blocks, pubs, care homes /hotels to industrial / warehouse buildings.).
- Will consider mixed use buildings with retail at ground floor with residential above.
- The property maybe fully Vacant / distressed / derelict / short reversions / part vacant.
- Properties with Outline, Full or No planning permission will be considered
- Location will need to be Greater London, South East or the Midlands.
Properties will need to be in :
- Established residential or urban centre
- Close to town centre and high streets.
- Near public transportation
- Close proximity to local amenities such supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafés
